Serenity.
my eyes bathed,
in nature's beauty,
changing sunset watercolors,
catching the flip of a dolphin tail in the bay,
off the dock, grasses and fish, seeing the water's bottom,
and,
its all real, jump, splashing about.

All the green,

swaying in breezes,
the changing endless blue sky
with the puppydog shaped clouds drifting,
enticing breath, a respite for healing.

Clean, clear, elegant but simple,
my tropical getaway on this quiet canal.
From bed, deck, dock or kayak, join the sunset in its glory.
Like a monk's ritual of schedule,
get ready for another day
in Paradise.

Just a few pictures of the sights outside and inside of Blue Keys Haven. The bay view points north showing some of the mangroves of the Florida Everglades. The canal is like your own swimming pool shared with fish and manatee. When the sky is blue, the water is clear.

Subway finds: sea turtle

Embracing life can come in many forms. The beauty in nature, embraced in ART is one such reflection. This beautiful artwork, one turtle, in the sea of others, captured my attention. He was just swimming along one of the subway walls with his friends in Manhattan. So many people seemly oblivious, some leaning up against the mural, not showing any reaction to what action is happening behind.
Just hangin' out with this turtle, in a different reality zone than the other people hustling by.
